I bought this headlight to replace the stock headlight on my Honda Shadow '06. The bulb fits perfectly in the headlight housing! Too perfect if you ask me. I kept waiting for installation problems, maybe it will be too long or too wide for the headlight housing? NONE of this was true. It fits perfectly. The LED turns on immediately and the blue ring around the headlight is very noticeable. I would like LEDs on both sides of the bulb, but one side is for cooling. The light from the round headlight is a flat cone of light that crosses the entire roadway. This light takes a little getting used to, but it's very bright and illuminates the road nicely. I would recommend this lamp as an alternative to daylight replacement housings which sell for a lot more money. Hooray!
