After reading reviews about it I couldn't decide on the size. I have a medium sized 7 year old boy. The small size made it difficult to get over his head and I also bought the next size up which fits him better. He said he could breathe easily through it. That's what's really important to me, wearing that to school all day. Tomorrow is his first day and I hope he survives this day. The best part is he can just put it on his face and it won't touch anything but himself and when he needs to pull it back and over his ears it's right where it needs to be.
