Review of a Disappointing COAWG Online Store Transaction: I recently made a buy from the COAWG online store and was incredibly dissatisfied with my transaction. Although their products may appear chic and trendy on their website, the quality fell short of my standards.
The dinnerware I got was chipped in some spots, and the glassware I received had several flaws. In addition, when I contacted customer support to address the problems, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. It was frustrating to navigate their website because I had trouble finding the items I was searching for and the checkout procedure was too complicated. Overall, based on my disappointing experience, I would not suggest the COAWG online shop. The website was difficult to browse, the customer service was unhelpful, and the products were of low quality.
