Review on Enhanced Vuzix Blade Smart Glasses for Enterprise-level Applications by Richard Surveh

I bought vuzix Blade Upgrade 1.5 on 11/03 and after working with these smart glasses I returned them because Bluetooth didn't work with the iPhone. So I contacted the vuzix blade company and explained that they gave me the following: software problem. to solve the problem with iPhone specifically. By the way, the first time I bought smart glasses, I bought everything for 1000$, I bought Vuzix Blade smart glasses for 698$ for the second time after my return on 09/12. Why? #1.Because the engineer (Z.Smith) emailed me and mentioned that in mid-December a new software should solve the vuzix blade problem to allow smart glasses to receive calls via Bluetooth #2 That is special however, in Revain for the holiday mentioned that this is the 1.5 update version, but this update version is a duplicate of the old version, which uses all the features except bluetooth. Other reasons to consider are battery draining very quickly etc. All in all smart glasses are great, don't get me wrong, they have many positive aspects but the biggest concern is the engineers of this company , they don't answer emails or reply when they want, a very expensive device with a lot of potential but unfortunately they are not interested in providing good customer service. Today is 12/30/20 and the Bluetooth in my vuzix Blade is not working with my iPhone. Maybe never, so is it a scam? If you are planning to buy this product, think carefully and read the reviews, it will help you make the best decision at the time of purchasing.
