The plastic lid smells strongly of chemicals!
health comes first! I would give this beautiful water bottle 5 stars if it didn't explode like CHEMICALS! I was very excited about it until I made tea. I have never had such a smell from bottled water. I don't mind that the travel case smelled so strongly of chemicals, however the top plastic cover does have an intense chemical smell after exposure to hot water, which also severely ruined the water in less than 10 minutes! I took it for health reasons, unfortunately I will be sending it back. The lack of health benefits outweighs the pretty packaging and looks everyday!
