I like that you can use this program for both short term disability (STD). It allows me to see how much time is remaining in my STD before it runs out, as well have some other features which are helpful! The only thing about EMPYREAN is their customer service department could be improved upon!! They should try harder at keeping up with requests from customers. If your thinking of using these programs go ahead because they're worth going through so many websites/companies who don't even know what we need or want when trying to file our paperwork etc... but then decide later if its not right by them after paying an outrageous amount of money. !! We were able too transfer all information regarding medical records into one place instead having multiple sources. ! Also great way to keep track of everything relating back tot he insurance companies. . !! So far no complaints yet i've been very happy doing business here since 2006 now 7 years ago.
