Review on 💅 Slopehill UV LED Nail Lamp 168W: Professional Gel Polish Dryer with Timer Settings, Automatic Sensor - Perfect for Fingernail & Toenail Art! by Gina Walser

At first this lamp worked quite well, dried gel nails 1,2,3, it's very light, I like that it detects movement and so do I so that the bottom plate is detached from the lamp. I have had absolutely no problems or issues with this lamp. I bought this lamp on 02/21/2021, it is now 10/04/2021 and the lamp no longer works. At first it indicated it had a short, I assumed it was the adapter cable that came with it, so I bought a new one, after buying another cable the problem still persisted, but after playing around with the cable had a little that is it will still work so i just found out. Now the lamp doesn't work at all, the UV light stopped working but the timer still works, see the video I've attached to see what I mean. I haven't had this lamp for a whole year and it's already broken? Mind you I've never dropped it or anything, I keep it in a safe place in my nail closet so nobody but me touches it. I plan on contacting the company to inquire about a replacement because apart from the fact that the lamp broke out of nowhere I really like it. I will write an updated post as soon as I can contact the company. UPDATE: The company contacted me after seeing this review and sent me a new replacement bulb! It's great to see a company genuinely care about what their customers think and experience when they buy their products. You deserve a 5-star rating!
