After parts match confirmation, order came quickly and final installation was easy. The tricky part was fixing the original part, removing the dishwasher and fixing the water damage from the original valve's slow leak. Once installed with this replacement part, the dishwasher will work like new. A good DIY project if you have the tools, moderate plumbing skills, and the confidence to tinker with what's under the hood. It is required to turn off the water, disconnect the water source pipe and the drain pipe. Also, unplug the wires from the electrical junction box so the dishwasher can be pulled completely out of the hole and turned on its side to gain access to the valve. It worked great for me and saved me from a costly and time consuming support call.
