I bought this in the first place because one of my dogs is elderly, blind and deaf. At the same time, he liked to go for a walk, but since he does not see or hear where he is going, he gets nervous. I didn't want to just leave him at home while I killed his little brother, so today I gave it a try. He was excited, he sniffed the air, every tree we passed, all from a handy sling. He's a Boston Terrier, if that says anything about his height and weight. It weighs 20 pounds and almost didn't feel like I was wearing anything. However, I have five pets; two cats, two dogs and a rabbit. They all love it equally. I have tried each. One of my cats almost refused to go outside, I carried her around the house and she kept purring. My rabbit just napped as soon as he jumped in, even when I moved. So from 5 to 25 pounds this product is great for me and all my pets love it which is the most important thing!
