I bought this from Sally on a whim and oh my god I love it. Long story but I work in a beauty shop, a hair care company came to me and brought a special camera to see the condition of the hair, when she looked at my hair, was it extensions (around the hair) and so on I have not used the products. Aside from the shampoo and conditioner, I found that it was the silicone from the conditioner that just gave the illusion of soft hair and actually wicked the moisture out of the hair. After that I stopped using products with silicone. When I saw that this mask was pure oil, tried no silicone And the hair is soft, shiny and strong. Also, I must add that my hair is bleached and it really helped restore it
