Some pros: Plaque is eliminated entirely, and the gums are not harmed in the process. The shape of the nozzle itself is fully preserved during the entirety of the period of operation that dentists recommend. Its cons: The cap might have a better fit; it tends to come off accidentally. On the head that was arriving with a brush, it sat pretty tightly, and it's a shame that it's not the case.
