I've spent hours looking for a new tablet to replace my 7 inch Samsung which is 5 years old. It's still a good tablet, but it doesn't suit my needs. In the end I chose Vastking, Kingpad K10. Professional. That's all it says in the description. It's elegant and expensive. The touchscreen responds very well. The screen is bright and there are no picture issues no matter how it's tilted. Setup was easy and the keyboard and pen work great! The sound of the two loudspeakers is very pleasant. It arrived almost fully charged. Battery life could be a bit better, but I think new Android builds could use it faster. The camera takes nice pictures and there is a front camera for networking. I had a problem with my SD card reader after a few days. Wastking sent me a new tablet without hesitation, even refunded the shipping cost to send them the old one. There were other things, mostly minor and annoying, but Vastking's support team have always without exception responded to my emails and questions quickly and politely. They have always been quick to suggest replacements and are open to suggestions. I have to say that despite everything, this is one of the best companies I have dealt with. They genuinely care about their customers and don't support their product with empty words but with deeds. Well, there are a few things I learned about this tablet: When you plug it into your computer with a USB cable, it doesn't connect. and displayed on the computer when a keyboard is connected. It's just charging. If you've locked landscape mode, some apps will also switch it to portrait mode. To easily return to landscape mode, rotate your tablet slightly from portrait to landscape mode and a small rectangular icon with arrows will appear in the top right corner. Touch this icon and it will return to landscape mode. The glass screen protector is very nice and easy to apply, however I did notice a slight difference in touch sensitivity after applying it. Sometimes I have to tap hard or use my fingernail. The stylus that comes with the keyboard works well. As for the protective case, I ordered this because the tablet is quite heavy when attached to the keyboard, so I wanted something I could only use for reading or watching videos. I have arthritis in my wrists and hands. He will not survive with this case, although inside he is more stubborn. I learned that you have to fold the floor back like a triangle in the turns to get on the table. This is a very nice case, not a very nice colour, just grey, but well made and serves the purpose. I gave 5 stars because it was a pleasure working with this company. I still like this tablet a lot and I think it's a good product. I feel Vastking works hard to provide an excellent product at an affordable price.
