I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy this polish was to use. Many other reviewers have mentioned persistence, but that doesn't apply to me. I found it no thicker than glitter polish. It was very easy to work with him! Maybe they changed their formula. I don't know, but I had no problems working with the product at all. I shook it a few times and applied the first coat. I didn't have to put it in water to loosen the polish as others have mentioned. As I pulled out my first coat brush, you could see her reaching for the confetti. I applied the first coat, then wiped off the brush and continued smoothing the polish until I was happy with the result. Most were opaque in 2 coats. The pink and peach colors could use a different coat but I was happy with how they turned out. Following the advice of another reviewer, I polished a few colors (pictured left) to even out any imperfections. This did not affect the color of the paintwork. I only double coated the other 3 colors (right photo). I didn't notice any difference in the result of two sets. They're both smooth to the touch and covered in lots of confetti. I am very happy with my purchase!
