Potential buyers should be aware that the internal threading of the grinder is not American NPT but appears to be European/Asian BSPT. I believe this is the case as the kit includes an air tool male thread fitting which is a Japanese BSPT (Nitto) threaded fitting. Of course, if your air hose connector is a Nitto connector, you can use the connector provided; I'm assuming it isn't. The only fix is to live with the leak, get an adapter, or maybe thread sealant will work. I am not sure which option I will choose.
