Online shoppers will be devastated by ChefGiant.

I had high hopes for the ChefGiant online store, but my experience has been less than satisfying. They provide a lot of options for the kitchen and the table, but the website is difficult to use. The search function is cumbersome and makes it difficult to locate specific products. Even the service after the sale was disappointing. I had a question and called, but I was on hold for what seemed like forever, so I gave up and hung up. They obviously don't care about their clients' time or requirements. Even shipping was a major hassle. When my purchase eventually showed up, after weeks of waiting, half of the things were missing. Their poor customer service staff kept me on the phone for hours before we got the problem solved. As if that weren't bad enough, ChefGiant's pricing are over the market average. The same items were significantly less expensive elsewhere. To sum up, I am unable to endorse the ChefGiant online business. You should go somewhere else if you want a simple shopping experience. Find a store that cares about its consumers and treats them well instead.
