After installing the original blind it did not go up, I sent a message to the manufacturer and they sent a replacement that works perfectly.

Pros

HOW TO ORDER: Each cellular shade is produced at exact size as your order. For inside mount, it is important you order the shade width 1/4" – 3/8" smaller than the actual window width. For outside mount, you can order the size you want, we recommend ordering additional width to prevent light gaps on the sides of your window. Please refer to how to measure and how to order illustrations. If you have any questions we will be glad to help, message us through the Amazon system.
