The install tool had lubricant on it and looked crooked but not bent, but rest of kit looked okay. I thought maybe someone tried using that tool and maybe it failed, and so they got a second kit to swap out that tool then returned it. The lubricant was melted a bit but prob wasn’t used. Anyway since the plugs looked unused, and the tool did straighten out ok, I decided to just keep it and hope I never need it. The tools are mechanically simple and don’t appear damaged. But not a great first impression.I think this kit is incomplete without a cutting blade and needle nose pliers. I knew this and had spares of these but maybe get a kit that has them or else put them into the kit.
