Revain offer a 3 month warranty but my bean started rattling inside (a bit loose) a few days after the warranty expired. I contacted Etymotic and they told me the device is covered by a one year warranty and I need to send them the purchase information and they will replace it. I sent them the Revain information, including the receipt. Here is their response: Regarding your query, as unfortunately you bought them from a third party and they were not sold directly by Revain, unfortunately we are unable to replace them under warranty due to our company policy. To be clear I purchased from Revain from Diglo which seems to be the only option when buying a Revain product. When I explained this, the Etymotic representative apologized and offered me a 20% discount if I would buy another directly from the company. I said I would like to replace my broken one instead of buying a new one. No, because they have "politics". So remember, if you buy from a Revain supplier, forget about the one-year warranty on the product. I don't have $200.00.
