Review on 📸 Joby GripTight Flexible Tripod Stand Kit for Smartphones and Action Cameras by Charles Butler

I purchased this product just over a month ago and on first use the balls connecting the tripod started to slide in and out easily. This resulted in every time you bend it, even the smallest thing, things pop out, need to be repositioned, shot needs to be repositioned, etc. It's very frustrating. especially if you have limited time to take pictures! Second, one of the legs straight up just broke off the entire inside. Bottom line, it's not worth the money. For a product designed for mobile use, it is useless for this application. I also contacted customer service several times. There is no way to get a person. I left messages and received no reply. So even though it's a brand new product, they don't offer any human touchpoints to solve the problem. I would not recommend this product or this company based on my experience with products and customer service.
