I have a problem with the clasp getting stuck at times but other than that it's a great product. I spend a lot of time outdoors, so its compactness and light weight make it easy to move and carry. It's also great for wrapping it around a fence or other things when there's no better place to leave it.

Great little tripod. It's fairly secure and works with a wide range of phones and devices as it opens and closes around your device on the sides. Parts to hold the phone in place have been added. It came with a bluetooth remote which I used to take photos of myself using a tripod with no timer. As you can see it works great.

This is a very well made compact tripod, but my issue is that the part that holds the cellphone only rotates in one direction, forward and backward, so the phone is always positioned on the page. . You can't rotate your phone clockwise or counterclockwise, which is weird because it's not hard to get it to do so. I should return mine for the one that spins in all directions.

I'm not saying this is a bad product but one of the legs came off in the first few days of use. This was an easy fix using super glue, but I still wanted to give a review. Otherwise the product has been usable so far. I'm still planning on getting a larger version to use on other camera setups. The locking system seems to work pretty well, as does the optional Bluetooth control. (although this could be purchased separately from third parties).

This product was working great while I was using it. It's amazing what you can connect with it. I used it for climbing/bouldering videos. I could hook the tripod into small holes in the rock, I could even hook the legs into the bark of 12 inch trees. Unfortunately, the legs of this tripod break quite easily. My first tripod broke after 2 months of use but Joby replaced it after I contacted them. The replacement took 4 months and then I broke my leg again.

The legs are too short to wrap anything. I went on a trip, wrapped it around the jeep's dashboard button to capture it on my iPhone, and kept falling off. I couldn't get my legs up to stay in place. The tension is bad, the puck fell out. I use it on my desktop to video chat with my colleagues. No adventure for that. I've tried other brands just as badly. I bought this for my iPhone 11 and I think the phone was too heavy for it. I couldn't put it in vertical mode and after trying to use the legs in a certain way to support the phone the way I wanted it, most of the joints broke (I'm not that strong). I actually bought it just before vacation with the intention of using the mount for my GoPro Session 5 more than a phone mount.
