Perfect for photos and videos Accessories

I really like the phone mount adapter. I have cerebral palsy, another phone mount won't fit me because of the springs but it fits perfectly. I attach velcro where the phone goes so the phone doesn't fall out while I tighten it. Only thing is I have to use my teeth to tighten it. I have to use my teeth because I can't turn the comb. Any idea what I can use to hold the screw or make it bigger?
