Both long lines included. The black part is made of twisted nylon, which allows you to move freely on rings or connected stirrups. The tan portion is a flat cotton band, similar to a standard lunge line. Very soft in the hand. The lines are generally flexible and soft. There is no rigidity. It has no loop or rubber stopper on the end of the sling facing the manipulator, just a flat piece of leather as an indicator to let you know you've reached the end of the sling. I like that the bars aren't heavy, don't weigh down the cavesson, and don't make the snaffle heavier in the mouth. The slight snaps combined with the free movement of the nylon really helps and helps my gelding to stretch and sit on the reins with no sticky lines unintentionally rearing him up. All in all a fantastic game of lines. Recommend.
