I love having this on my travels.

Once you learn how to use it, you will love it. You can customize screens with more or less information. I have distance, timer, speed, elapsed time, average speed, top speed, elevation gain, total ascent and total descent all on one screen. I like to see what level I'm rising or falling at. these seem to be relatively good estimates for the trips I take. It also tracks jumps with statistics. I'm sure it's really exciting for the people who have 50 foot jumps and times in multiples of seconds. But it's even a cheap treat for those of us who are just a second off the ground and whose jumps are relatively short. Garmin Connect with TCX and GPX files. This is how I did it with MapMyRide. I exported the rides that I liked to MapMyRide (TCX). Then I converted TCX to GPX using RouteConverter. You can then import rides into Garmin Connect by opening GARMIN > NewFiles and copying the GPX files to NewFiles. Imported courses appear in the following location: Navigation > Courses > Saved Courses. ONE PROBLEM: All rides got the same name and overwrote each other. FIX: Before copying files to Garmin > NewFiles, open the file with Notepad and change the name. Save the file and import it. It has a unique name that you created.
