Review on Dermactin TS Upper Eyelid Cream Fluid by Melissa Dean

I've just received this product - I used to use Bremmen Upper Eyelid Lift - which was phenomenally good so of course they're not making it anymore (why do the manufacturers do this?) I have this new ones used I just received an eye cream for the first time - the first thing I noticed was the strong scent?! Is it really necessary to add a fragrance to an EYE CREAM? I don't know yet if I like the performance of the product but so far the extra flavor is a big minus IMHO.
