was about 7 inches long with variances from the shortest length, but the collar basically stretches across the entire length of her body (see picture). It's a beast about her and she doesn't like it. Here's the thing: the alternatives aren't much better. Most of the LED flares are either weak, too heavy, or hang too far and bang on her little legs when she tries to walk while simultaneously blinding her with light * cue Blinded By The Light from Manfred Mann's Earth Band) Why is that so? So hard to find an x-small dog (5lbs and under) with a glowing collar or glowing anything that works for me to find for that matter? Anyone have a hot tip? I am listening.
