These are truly waterproof socks that come in a handy little travel bag.I find that a lot of the socks which are meant for warmth or water resistance are crew or knee high socks. I really like that these are ankle high socks which is great when you don't like the feel of socks up on your calves and shins. They are perfect for hiking boots or even out in the snow when you're wearing snow pants.At the time of this review the retail price was under $30 which is a bit steep for socks but worth it if you need them to be reliably waterproof.
