The panel is well made (although the USB port cover is flimsy) but it's a 5w panel not the 10w panel as advertised hence the other negative reviews and my low rating. A normal charge these days is at least 1000mA. In direct sunlight, I couldn't get more than 440mA. It works, it's just not a 10W panel and it usually charges very slowly. Why does it matter? A standard charge of 1000mA at 5V is 5W. If the panel is rated for 5 watts then it needs the perfect weather/time/position to do it. A 10W panel could have delivered the 5W output you're looking for much more easily in less than ideal conditions. This is not a 10W panel.
