Works but no bag
The top piece of foam fell off and needed superglue before I could use it. Looks like they half tried using hot glue on it. The packaging clearly states that a bag is included. I contacted Save Face on this site and they chose not to respond. I've used it 3 times on the boat and it works great to keep my face warm. Not sure how long that will take.
