Review on Nilight Projector Headlights Headlamps Conversion by Patrick Cooney

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Worth the money but after a year of use it started to fail.

I gave these projectors four stars because they work surprisingly well for the price. They offer an acceptable cutoff and reasonable signal output. I have upgraded them in Pilot WI-H5A H4 7X6 cases for my 1993 Toyota MR2 and have used them countless times on long distance drives in the middle of the desert at night and they offer plenty of light. The high beam is amazing and shines exactly where you want it. Sufficient lateral light projection, although it could be better. At some point I plan to switch to Morimoto projectors, but until then these will do. The inside of the reflector on one of them is slightly but noticeably blurred due to the UV radiation from the HID lamps, making one projector appear dimmer than the other. , that's a fifth the cost of Morimoto projectors so I can't complain too much, a year of perfect night vision costs me $25. All in all, these projectors are worth every penny of the $25 I paid for them. I installed them on February 23, 2015 and replaced them with new projects of the same brand on November 30, 2016 because they were darker than when they were first installed and after replacing them with new projectors, it was obvious that they had dimmed over the year that I have used. I've never had any problems with the high beam, both can be switched on and off easily. Note. I am using the Morimoto H1 HID kit with these projectors, XB 5500K bulbs with XB35 ballasts.
