A nice option for the money, one of the best deals.

According to manufacturers and some articles from the Internet, it is a good alternative to a gainer from the ON brand. Also there are slow carbohydrates, unlike ON. I won’t explain what it is and what is the difference between fast and slow, since I am not an expert in this field, especially since there are many articles on this topic. As a result, due to the pandemic, I could not appreciate the quality of this product, as I stopped going to the gym. I only took it when I didn't have time to eat properly. Of the advantages that I was able to appreciate is a good taste and good solubility.
