After I posted pictures of the board it showed that it worked on the monitor and controller settings showing an incorrect resolution set by the board and the settings in my windows installation was displayed. When I set the windows display settings to 1920x1080 the top and bottom of the image is cropped and when I set it to 2500x1700 it shows the full panel as 1920x1080 but there were lines in the panel cropped the controller and turned off the screen resolution that does not match the programmed controller settings. After showing several photos of the board in action, showing the resolution on the LCD I installed it on and a crop of the screen, the seller refused to do anything and requested more photos of the same board, that I had already sent. I would not buy from this seller again and had to look for another control board that actually displays 1920x1080.
