I have been doing my nails at home for a couple of years not and have tried several different brands of gel polish. This color was my first from this brand and I look forward to trying many more now that I have found them!The polish came nicely packaged in a box which helps protect it during shipping as well as makes for a nice presentation should you wish to gift this to someone else.The polish itself is a very smooth and jelly consistency that applied flawlessly with minimal effort. I was unsure about the transparency aspect of it but ended up really liking how the color looked. I did apply three coats for a more solid color appearance but it still has a nice sheer effect to it, almost like you can see the dimension of the polish but it is still very much a red color.I am currently on day seven after application and the polish has not chipped, cracked or peeled at all. I have a baby so I am constantly washing my hands and then putting on hand lotion countless times a day and normally nail polish just can't last more than a week without lifting at the edges but this polish has held up so so well!This is a really timeless color red - perfect for the fall and winter holidays while also bright enough to be good for spring or summer. This is a color I can definitely foresee myself reaching for any time of the year and for any occasion!
