I have something to compare the Yeti to. So I did it, but I shouldn't have done it. They look the same, but as soon as you put the jar in the KelvZ, you'll feel the temperature drop - the cooler will instantly get colder, which is a sign of heat ingress due to poor insulation/thermal insulation. This is not the case with the Yeti. Plus, after 30 minutes, your beer will no longer be "cold in the fridge" (and that's inside). The Yeti stays as cold as if you pulled the can out of the fridge even after 90+ minutes (it's never taken me more than an hour to down a can of beer, so the Yeti exceeds my needs -- even outdoors) . I'm not sure where people get all these stars in their reviews - mine is a lot less outstanding. All in all, this is a standard Kuzi with an unusual look but overpriced that will keep your beer cold if you drink it within 15 minutes of taking it out of the fridge. I would love to love but no.
