Review on 🐱 Armarkat Cat Bed 18-Inch Long C08HJH/MH: Burgundy and Beige Cozy Comfort for Your Feline Friend by Mia Parks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

3/5 cats enjoy themselves in beds and furniture

I bought two of these Armarkat -Beds, the sage green tunnel/sleeping bag and the burgundy cave. I first bought a tunnel bed because it looked like a cozy winter getaway for three cats who had just moved to my home in Massachusetts from a family member in California. The bed was a big hit with two Californian surfers and a Bostonian. The other two cats aren't interested, which I expected, and are about cats, not the bed. Since the bed was very popular, I ordered another one in a different shape. I've read reviews about flexing the top on a burgundy stock, but I've seen that before in the product photos. I liked that it's flexible and doubles as a cat hideout, so it works for us. The three cats have also gotten used to the new bed and take turns dozing and lounging in it. One of the cats loves sleeping on the tunnel bed as it is very soft and I noticed other reviewers mentioned this as well. Two beds in one, that's how I see it. He'll sleep in it too. One of the questions asked was about the underside of the beds and how grippy/slippery they are. The tunnel bed I have in sage green is made of soft fabric on the outside. The burgundy cave bed has a black, plastic-like bottom (it's not, I don't think) that also lines the floor inside the bed under a removable pillow. There are grip points on the outside of the bed base. Also, the burgundy fabric on the outside of the bed is a little rough, like a canvas. It doesn't bother cats at all, but it's not the plush fabric on the tunnel bed, so I thought I'd add that. I believe the listing states all of this in the description of each bed as well. Overall very happy with both beds. Kittens are happy and warm! After posting this review last night, I woke up to see one of my cats sitting on a burgundy cave bed, so they will sleep in and on both beds, it's not just a tunnel. . I don't know if it was because he hadn't figured out how to get in or if he originally intended to sit upstairs. Who knows what cats think? I'll note that one of the other cats can find their way into the den when the lid is down, I've seen it so it's not impossible. Some cats just don't like the digging they have to do to get in!

Pros
  • Dimensions: 18"(L) x 14"(W) and 11"(H)
