I originally bought these to use as an 'acne patch' and they worked just like the more expensive patches used for healing were meant by acne. All you have to do is crop them (which is my preferred size so I can decide how much to use). If I put it on at night all the pus comes out of the pimple at night and it's already popped or ready to be squeezed out with light pressure. I even put it on "dead pimples" and it brings things to the surface and then it's not a problem. leaves no scars. Then I took a chemical allergy test and I was REALLY allergic to something. She had blisters and pain and the doctor said it would go away in a week but I just put a small piece of sheet on and after two rounds all the pus was completely removed in one day. There's a dark brown scar now, but I think it has more to do with the chemical burn than the sheet.
