The seam of the strap is reversed!
This shoulder bag has its advantages. The bag is beautiful, it has many things. But in my opinion the tape is sewn upside down. That annoys me a lot. Seam at top, smooth side to shoulder. Turning around while carrying is not possible, the handle is too tight. This appears to be intentional as the closeup of the handle is the same. Shouldn't have returned but I'm glad when this bag wears out.
