I like Marena's version of this compression stocking where the shorts fit much better. It's $10 more expensive, but worth it (for me). If you have bigger thighs, you'll probably prefer the "knee-length" shorts version. This bikini length cut into my thigh/crotch crease so much I had to stop wearing it. The knee-length version is much more comfortable. The knee length is still tight at the hips, but that's easily addressed with a small thigh slit at the bottom. you have to go to the toilet. It was difficult to do it yourself right after the operation. The knee-length version has an open crotch (no flap). Both versions have shoulder straps that are too tight. I make it work because the compression is very good. Marena offers the best compression underwear on Revain in my opinion (I've tried five different brands).
