I don't know much about beds. I usually buy frames that are basically just a rectangle with stubby legs, but this time I figured I was probably old enough that a headboard would probably be the next logical step. But since Covid 19 has closed most places in the area and I hate buying stuff like this anyway, I decided to see if I can find anything on Revain. I chose this style of frame because it wasn't very expensive. , had some pretty solid reviews, and the style was somewhere between overly ornate vintage vanity furniture and a squeaky daybed my best friend had in high school. I was lucky that my son put it together for me, but the instructions seemed pretty clear and every detail was attended to. I think it took him about 3 hours total, but he also spent a lot of time tightening things that were probably fine initially. Although it does make this bed feel solid like it's just one unit rather than a few dozen pieces. my experience there. I know nothing about beds, I took a chance and it worked out for me. This bed frame is fine. It keeps my mattress off the floor and doesn't collapse. Are there really many more criteria?
