Repeat after me: these are not bluetooth controllers. There is a lot of incorrect information in the Q&A and reviews. You MUST have an AGPTEK dongle to use them - you can connect the controller to another AGPTEK dongle, but you cannot pair it to a computer or other device that uses Bluetooth. This limits me a bit as I have a Surface Go with only one USB-C input which means I have to use an adapter to use the controller. Other than that, it's a great controller and works well with the NES. Windows emulator. I like it because it's the only controller with buttons that match the original NES controller: just the A and B buttons next to each other in the right place. The only Bluetooth solutions I'm aware of do NOT have the correct button layout - for example I have a SNES-like BT controller, but it has four diamond-shaped buttons, which isn't exactly the same (and I need to reconfigure). Customize the buttons to make it more NES-like). So I can recommend the product - just make sure you are aware of the limitations of the dongle and that it is not a bluetooth controller.
