I received these socks yesterday, put them on today and immediately felt comfortable in them. I then put on a pair of minimalist trail running shoes and set out on the trail which turned into an extremely wet walk as it was raining hard and heavy during the time I was there. But the socks stayed comfortable, stayed in place and didn't get wet like I was standing in something wet. In fact, the minimalist mesh shoes are still drying, but shortly after I took off the shoes, these socks became wearable again. In short, they breathe, wick moisture, feel great, fit well, and get six pairs for what I often paid for a pair, amazing. How long they will last remains to be seen, as will endurance or lack of elasticity. What I know after a day and a pair is that they work.
