The watch is not bad for the price but it is very inaccurate. I accumulate 181 steps in my account even before I get up. I go to bed at 9, and by the clock it was one in the morning. So yes, there are things that cannot really be trusted. The data are imprecise but can give a good approximation of the reality of physical activity and physiological activity. If you can buy the best branded watch, I would say go for it. Update: You can't see the time while exercising. This is not good. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me
