Guinea Pig Play Palace

I built a giant play palace for our two guinea pigs using this large mesh kit and two 72" x 48" square corrugated plastic sheets from Home Depot. I took people's advice and bought a set of clear zip ties to secure my cage and I'm glad I did. Without connections, the structure is very unstable. The clips and velcro were helpful in securing my ramp. I dedicated the upper part to their "kitchen", the middle part to their living quarters and treadmill and the playground with pool to our portable playground with them. All in all, minus skins, harness, fleece, and a kiddy pool, I spent just over $100 to build it. Now I just want to match the fleece patterns better and add an optional ramp to the paddling pool. I have used every single mesh to do this. I would never use these grids to hold heavy books. They bend easily and the connections are unreliable. I give this product 5 stars because it served my purpose well and I had enough stitches to complete it. My 100 zips were enough to secure the unstable parts and make my rounded gate below. Don't forget her.
