They are great. They have small protrusions on the side to allow you to add pleats to your mask. Strangely enough, this function does not work, but it is not needed anyway. I just put it on my nose and mouth and stick the mask on my face - done! It gives me a few inches more room to breathe and I no longer feel like I'm suffocating and I'm not breathing into my mask. It was thanks to them that I was able to go back to the cinema and sit comfortably with a mask for hours. I thought they were a bit pricey but worth it. Just because of the price they get 4 stars and not 5. Wearing a mask without a mask is terrible now.
