Full Discussion: It seems that this product has no warranty on the packaging, the product or the accompanying documents. Makes it? I do not know. I sent it back and they didn't even ask me to send it back. That being said, this was my second one and I love it! They just don't seem to last very long / quality issues. The first one stopped working after a few months and this one started squeaking when NOT in use. connected but off. I think that the LED failed in the advertising light, which, by the way, is completely unnecessary. The device does a great job of keeping aligners/braces crisp, shiny and sparkling clean. I've been wearing retainers for a few months now and my routine is: - Put water in in the morning, do a second cycle - If done for a while, throw a denture tablet - Once it's clear, do another cycle. The mounts sparkle clean and won't yellow after a few months, which is unheard of no matter how many times you soak/scratch/brush. It's really adorable. If the quality issues were fixed this would be a 5+ star product. Totally recommended as I know they don't last long, at least for me.
