Unsuccessful product, fraudulent support

The seller will contact you and offer a refund if you give it 5 stars. This brand is rubbish. I was hoping the reviews were exaggerated but they aren't. This cooling pad has 6 fans and none of them move enough air to move a strand of hair. Somehow this thing warmed my computer 3 degrees more than the broken Targus I was using before. Don't buy, waste of plastic and money.
