Review on Dell E2318Hx LED Lit Monitor: High-Definition Display with Flicker-Free Technology and IPS Panel by Bill Cikiciw

This is a very satisfactory monitor in my use. One of my other computers has an older Dell Ultrasharp model. It looks better in my opinion. Some of this may be because Ultrasharp is several years old, and some of it may just be an improvement in technology since that old one was made. It's also a lot cheaper than Ultrasharp. I love how Dell manages the tool-less assembly of their monitors. Simply snap the mount onto the stand, then slide the monitor into the mount. Did! The only caveat is pushing the pieces down until they snap into place. Mine is strong and stable. The E-Series monitors lack the features of more expensive models such as height adjustment and multiple inputs. There are cutouts at the bottom so install the appropriate Dell soundbar which is a nice addition although I didn't use it for this. I just wanted a basic monitor that looks good and is exactly what I needed. The full HD resolution (1920 x 1080) is perfect for my use. I am very happy with the 23" Dell E2318Hx monitor. It gave me what I needed at a good price. I am very happy with the quality of the display and was surprised that it looked better than my older and more expensive Dell Ultrasharp -Monitor. As should be obvious I give this monitor 5 stars. A great picture at a good price is worth it in my opinion.
