Ideal for small children! My grandchildren are four and five years old. They're easy to hold, no fuss, no mess, and beautiful! The tote bag is perfect and folds down into a small (maybe) 3 x 5 x 2 inch rectangle. I buy a few for gifts and spares for when my grandkids use them. For an ordinary person, they would last months or even years. As for the grandchildren who color every day several times a day, they start to color lighter (dry up) after about six to eight months. We live in an arid climate, so I can't blame Marker for that. Beautiful colors, great variety and FUN!
