Overall I think it's a good product, the design idea is ingenious and the light is good enough to read in a dark place. However, the finish seems a bit unwieldy and may not be suitable for unbound books as it is a bit heavy and may mark some pages or the outside of the book. Currently the white light is a bit intense and could possibly be perceived as blue light from a cellphone, which doesn't suit you right before bed if you use a multi-colored LED light that's more yellow or orange (similar to night mode in phones ). ) They could make it more convenient for those who read right before bed.
