I was initially reluctant to buy these as there were only 2 reviews at the time and none of them were very detailed. But I went with it because it was either these or these custom Xbox One sticks on ebay (I've already bought a few cases and they haven't really improved anything). I've always found the Vita joysticks terribly inaccurate and had a hard time playing shooters on this system. They felt like they had no drag and little freedom of movement which wouldn't be noticeable on a console controller given the size, but that just doesn't work when they're just tiny caps, that are less than half the normal size. So they arrived and I've played Uncharted Golden Abyss (third person shooter) and Resistance Burning Skies (first person shooter) with them. So far they seem great. You are not perfect. But they're about as good and accurate as an analog stick extender without getting in the way of the buttons too much. As handles I used concave sticks with four rubber points. I haven't even tried another set, so I can't judge if they feel good. In comparison, they're similar to the Xbox 360 analog sticks. They're pretty much analog 360 sticks, just smaller. The upper part, where your thumb is located, has the same texture as the 360 sticks. They are about 0.85 cm tall. And they just snap. It seems really difficult. It feels like it will never go away on its own. They can slightly get in the way of both the DPAD down button and the X button, but they're still easy to press and usually unnoticeable unless you need to move the joystick up while pressing the button and have only took a little getting used to something. The increase in range of motion is so noticeable that again it may take some getting used to because it feels very different at first. This makes the sticks feel freer. Overall I rate 5/5. The only problem is that it's too close to the Down + X button, but after using it, I understand that it didn't affect my gameplay.
