Seems to work mostly with a USB device (SSD, card reader, etc.) with an iPad Pro (or iPhone 11 Pro), although attached devices do not always showing up, it seems that the iDevice isn't always getting power, and when using a memory card reader for example, the speed seems limited to USB 2 speed at best, plug in *second* USB device and it works no longer. You need to turn everything off and let the adapter sit for a few minutes before it starts working again. So useless in my search for a way to copy photos from my memory cards to SSD without Mac. Apple's own USB 3 to "camera" adapter doesn't work at all with the iPhone 11 Pro, so at least it's a definite step up (even at half the price!).
